Carboxy-PTIOの溶解方法を教えてください。
純水あるいはバッファー溶液(pH 6 以上)などに溶解してください。
<調製例>
Carboxy-PTIO 3.0 mg を量り取り、10 mmol/L PBS10 mLに溶解する(1 mmol/L Carboxy-PTIO溶液)。
希釈濃度になるように、1 mmol/L Carboxy-PTIO溶液を一定量試料に添加する。
※1 mmol/L Carboxy-PTIO溶液は保存せず、その日のうちにお使いください。
