Pierce Protease Inhibitor Tablets protect proteins from proteolytic degradation through inhibition of the serine-proteases, cysteine-proteases, aspartic acid-proteases and aminopeptidases that are typically present in cellular lysate samples. The tablets contain AEBSF, aprotinin, bestatin, E-64, leupeptin and pepstatin A. Stable for storage at 4°C for up to 12 months, each mini tablet is sufficient for 10 mL of solution, and is suitable for reagent preparation prior to protein extraction from tissue and cultured cells.

Proteases make up a large category of enzymes, including endopeptidases and exopeptidases, which catalyze the hydrolytic breakdown of proteins into peptides or amino acids. Proteases are regulated and compartmentalized in living cells. Protein extraction from tissues and cultured cells causes their release and ability to degrade other valuable proteins,

描述

Thermo Scientific Halt Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (100X) are ready-to-use concentrated stock solutions of protease inhibitors for addition to samples to prevent proteolytic degradation during cell lysis and protein extraction.

Features of Halt Protease Inhibitor Single-Use Cocktail, (100X):

• Convenient—the refrigerator-stable, 100X liquid format is more effective and easier to use than individual inhibitors or other formats; just pipette exactly the amount you need

Description

GSK-3 Inhibitor X is an acetoxime analog of BIO which acts as a selective GSK-3α/β inhibitor (IC50 values are 0.01, 2.4, 4.3 and 63 μM for GSK-3α/β, CDK5/p25, CDK2/cyclin A and CDK1/cyclin B respectively). GSK-3 Inhibitor X induces Wnt signaling and inhibits CD8+ T cell effector differentiation.
