DAKO丹科单克隆鼠抗人PD-L1抗体clone 22C3

试剂提供
保存在 0.05 mol/L Tris-HCl，0.015 mol/L *，1% 牛血清白蛋白中， pH 7.2 下的液态单克隆小鼠抗体。
克隆： 22C3 (2)。同种型： IgG1。
小鼠 IgG 浓度 mg/L： 见试剂瓶上标签。
免疫原
人 PD-L1 胞外结构域 (Phe19-Thr239) ，融合人 IgG1 片段（R&D 系统编号156-B7-100) (2) 
特异性
在重组人 PD-L1 蛋白，抗人 PD-L1 单克隆小鼠抗体免疫印迹实验中，克隆 22C3 显示为 ~40 kDa 位置的条带(2)。

注意事项
1. 本产品不用于临床用途，包括诊断、预后和疾病状态监测，其不得用于患者档案记录或治疗。
2. 供专业人员使用。
3. 本产品含有* (NaN3)，一种纯品毒性*的化学品。在产品浓度，虽然未达到危险品分类标准，NaN3
可能与铅和铜管道发生反应，形成极易爆炸的金属叠氮化物沉淀。清理时，用大量水冲洗，避免管内形成金属叠氮化物沉淀。
4. 同其他生物来源产品一样，应采用适当的处理方式。
5. 穿戴适当的个人防护物品来避免与眼和皮肤的接触。
6. 未使用的溶液应根据当地、本省和国家规定进行处理。
储存
储存于 2-8°C。试剂瓶上所标示的有效期之后请勿再使用。如果试剂在不同于条件以外的条件下保存，条件必须由用户进行验证。
没有明显的迹象表明这种产品不稳定。

Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human

IgA, Specific for Alpha-Chains

For use in methods demanding a very high specificity. The specificity and performance of the antibody have been ascertained in immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Additionally, the specificity has been tested by crossed immunoelectrophoresis using 12.5 microlitre antibody per square cm gel area against 2 microlitre human plasma. The antigen used for immunization is serum IgA.

The F(ab')2 fragment antibody is particularly useful for labeling unfixed blood cells containing active Fc receptors, and for other applications where the Fc part of the antibody molecule could disturb.

Please note that F(ab')2 fragment antibodies are not suited for techniques dependant on aggregation or precipitation of antigen-antibody complexes.
