使用ISOSPIN Blood & Plasma DNA 与其他公司产品从各种200 µL血液样品中提取DNA。实验按照各提取试剂盒指南进行,均取80 µL洗提液量,以进行回收量的比较。

◆概要
Mitophagy Detection Kit是低分子荧光试剂的自噬检出试剂盒。通常情况下,观察自噬是需要pH传感器荧光蛋白在细胞中表达出来。但是,本试剂盒不需要荧光蛋白表达,通过简单操作便可观察自噬。

◆自噬(Mitophagy)是什么?
线粒体作为能量产生的场所,是在细胞中担当重要机能的细胞器。另一方面,积蓄的因氧化应激和DNA损伤等不良线粒体,是引发阿尔茨海默氏症和帕金森氏病的原因。
自噬是能选择性去除不良线粒体的系统。首先,通过自噬体将不良线粒体隔离,然后自噬体与溶酶体融合,线粒体被消化。
