■ 保存
4℃。
本制品不含防腐剂。溶解后的抗体溶液 (2.0 mg/ml) 分成小包装后，-20℃可保存1年，添加0.1%NaN3后4℃可保存6个月。避免反复冻融，稀释后尽量不要保存。
 
■ 抗体溶解
使用50 μl灭菌蒸馏水溶解 (2.0 mg/ml，不含防腐剂)。
 
■ 用途
◇ 非还原及非加热条件下的蛋白质印迹分析。
◇ 石蜡包埋切片和冷冻切片的免疫组织化学染色。
